Once you submit an order on FirstImpressionsClothing.com, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address on the order.
If you soon after log in to your First Impressions+ account, you will see the status "pending" for any order that has not been assigned a FedEx tracking number.
Your order will stay in the "pending" stage for no longer than 24 hours. If after 24 hours you have not received an email confirmation containing a FedEx tracking number, please call our support line (415) 300-1859 directly.
